This was my first time using CustomInk, and I am thoroughly impressed. It was so simple designing a t-shirt on their website for my youth group (and the kids LOVE it)! The thing that really touched me was receiving a personal phone call from CustomInk support regarding my design; they wanted to make sure the shirt was exactly how I wanted it to look before they officially printed it. I ordered 60 shirts and about a week later, I went back to the site and ordered 40 neon tanks. My youth group is loving their new, affordable shirts and are wearing them everywhere! I will definitely continue to use CustomInk for any clothing purchases I need in the future. Thanks SO much for all of your help!

CustomInk is amazing! I had designed a t-shirt for my friend's bachelorette weekend and they came out exactly how I wanted them to with the help of the CustomInk art department. I was nervous about the color of the shirt because the color swatches online are slightly different than the actual clothing color. I wanted a bright pink t-shirt to keep the shirts fun and beachy. When I called CustomInk, Kelsey checked several brands and made sure I got the brightest pink. The Jerzee's Neon Pink color was fantastic! Thank you Kelsey! I had such a positive experience, that I will definitely return for my future designs.

Our organization wanted to order t-shirts that would help us stand out. We volunteer and are involved in many community events, and wanted our presence to be obvious. We ordered the District Neon T-Shirts, and were thrilled with the final product. After creating our design, I did all of our ordering and correspondence over the phone. The wait time on the phone was short, the representatives were all very helpful and the t-shirts are great! Thank you CustomInk!

All shirts were way above expectation. So happy I found your website. You guys are truly the best. The fabric of the neon shirts was so soft and nice and I found them to be true to size (not small at all) and a nice plus was that they are long which we loved. The black was thicker just as you stated. Your ability to improve the design over my uploaded image was truly impressive. I heard today the guys and girls at work were thrilled to get their new shirts! Thank you again for surpassing my expectations. And my goodness.....your shipping speed was amazing!! Loved how the team improved my design! The kids love these shirts and are excited to wear them on Summer Camp field trips. The shirt is SUPER neon, so we will have no problem keeping up with them in the crowd :)

We ordered 70 youth t-shirts for 5th grade culmination with art custom designed by a local artist -- the light weight of the shirts is perfect for SoCal, and the staff worked with me to get the art just right. Especially happy with our choice of black shirt with neon green art -- the kids loved it and the colors really pop. Everyone I interacted with, whether via email or on the phone, was super friendly and tremendously helpful, gave us recommendations to make sure we stayed within our budget -- will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great site, easy to use and design your shirts. Great collection of images to use. Was a little pricey but we had chosen a neon color and ordered only 6 shirts, something we couldn't do from our local screenprinter. Quality of material was excellent, should last many years!

I called many times to ask questions while I worked on designing our shirts for the Denver, CO 2014 MS(Multiple Sclerosis) Walk. Every customer service rep I talked to was extremely polite & helpful. I was diagnosed w/ MS Feb. 2013 and it has been really rough. :( The shirts couldn't help but make you smile. :) The fabric was comfy, the sizes were just right(didn't run small or big) and the specialized neon orange color they were able to create for the smiley face & lettering was perfect! :) We recieved numerous compliments on our shirts throughout the day. We were more than satisfied with our experience from start to finish. We will definitely order from CustomInk again! :). -Nancy

Great experience overall. The coloring of the imprint (lime) was a lot brighter/more neon than the proof suggested but happy with the quality of the neoprene and imprint.

Wonderful customer service. Received a phone call shortly after placing my order and revised proofs sent immediately to my inbox (Thanks Charlotte!). They did a great job. PS- I'd ordered a Neon American Apparel Tank before so I knew this, but they do not run small. The sizing chart with the pictures of the people wearing them is really what you should go by.

I placed an order of neon logo shirts for a group headed to a music festival. CustomInk's online interface was very easy to use and the pricing tool was very useful. Skye assisted me with confirming the order, and even suggested an additional neon color that wasn't available online to make the shirts really pop. Afterwards I spoke with a gentleman on the phone (who's name I have regrettably forgotten) to confirm the proofs and get the order rolling, who was also very courteous and helpful. Best of all, the shirts arrived 5 days earlier than expected! Wonderful experience, I couldn't recommend CustomInk highly enough.
