My recent purchase was a reorder of softball uniforms I designed and purchased last year. We added a few new players to the team so I wanted to get a handful more t-shirts with the pre-existing design. The cost was fair and the ease of reordering was exactly what I had hoped for - excellent. Another great experience with Custom Ink.

I do not like leaving negative reviews, but the customer service experience for me was one of the worst I have ever gone through for this particular order. Because the last time about a year ago when I ordered with Custom Ink, the customer service was amazing. It almost took a whole month to order shirts for my softball team, and we missed getting them by our first game because of it. I know everyone is busy, but there would be days where I wasn't getting any responses. Again I don't like writing negative reviews, but I felt this customer service experience warranted it. Just very frustrating!

Custom Ink was the best and definitely most affordable site I found for my project. (Softball shirts) Tons of products to choose from and many customization options. I ordered t-shirts for my brothers softball team. Website is very easy to navigate and I enjoyed creating the design. Product came earlier than expected. Graphic and numbers were all printed correctly on the right sizes. The sizes of the T-shirt’s themselves looked quite large when they came out of the box but after washing they are more true to size. Overall I had a good experience and would order again.

What a terrific experience ordering through Custom Ink! The customer service was fantastic - they worked with us while we had our logo approved and we even received the shirts a day earlier than expected! They were a surprise for our softball team's end of season party and they were a HUGE hit! I highly recommend Custom Ink and will definitely be using them again!

Way too overpriced for underwhelming products. I opted into quotes for multiple styles of team shirts for a work softball league, and the per-shirt-cost was between $12-16 for an uploaded logo on the front and name/number on back. These prices reflected nice athletic-type material, not cardboard, uncomfortable Gildan/Hanes products. After designing the shirts and customizing with names, numbers, and sizes, the prices skyrocketed to $21+ per shirt. Mind you, we had 3 size Smalls, 7 Mediums, and 8 Larges - so there's no way it was due to a "larger size" upcharge. A customer service rep could not explain this price discrepancy, but told me the best she could do was take $20 off - my order was well over $350. I asked about other types of shirts and explained that we wanted something soft and preferably athletic material. The customer service rep suggested the Gildan "Soft Style" tee.... which still came out to $17.10 per shirt, even though these were quoted at $9.80 each originally. Let me tell you, these shirts are NOT soft, even after washing with a hefty amount of fabric softener. Really disappointed. I should have just went with a local company instead of getting swindled and having to explain to my team why the price was way higher than expected and the quality was way below what was expected.

There were possibly an overwhelming amount of options to choose from for someone like me who doesn't know one brand from another but options aren't a bad thing. Overall, it was a great experience making our shirts and the outcome was awesome!
