I needed sweatshirts for a giveaway at my son's party and had been searching online for an easy and fast way to design and get the order in time. Custom Ink's website had many choices of apparel and designs and even with not having graphic design skills, I was able to make something nice very quickly. Their shipping was quick, on time and I didn't even have to pay extra for it.

Custom Ink was so easy to work with! I used Custom Ink to make sweatshirts for my college club. The service representative helped me custom my shirt exactly how I wanted it to be. I also liked how I could confirm the design before the order got processed and shipped to me. The order actually came earlier than expected which was great. I would definitely order from Custom Ink again!

I loved the experience! Creating, ordering, and receiving were all beyond my expectations! I was also so impressed with how quickly it shipped because it arrived almost a week earlier than expected! I loved the follow-up from the Custom Ink employee so I could always see what the sweatshirts were looking like.

I have used Custom Ink for over 10 years and buy all of my t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos and hats from them. Still good prices after all these years and getting the product in 2 weeks is also beneficial.

We received the sweatshirts a week after ordering. They looked great, in fact better than expected.

This is my second order from CustomInk and I could not be happier. The first order was hooded sweatshirts and the second was short sleeve t-shirts. All with a custom design for family events. I will order again.

Though the initial product that I received was not acceptable..custom ink was more than willing to redo the sweatshirts ordered and agreed that those that I did receive we’re not acceptable

Customer Service was good and the products came quickly. Unfortunately, 8 of the 10 sweatshirts ordered had crooked images and the image itself looked faded and dull. This is most likely due to the fact that image was placed on a black sweatshirt. A foundational layer of white, with the image printed on top would have been an easy fix. I was ignorant to the printing process and was given no advice or warning about how color images will appear on black material. Final product, apart from the nice quality of sweatshirt, was a total bust. Crooked, faded (dull) images made the project look cheap and unprofessional. Would consider this a giant waste of money and would not use or recommend Custom Ink to anyone in the future. A complete and total let down.

Logo on the sweatshirts is far off center. Very poor quality control considering the price per piece

My experience was very positive. Eva, a company rep, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The sweatshirts we ordered came exactly as expected and look fantastic.

This is our second time batch ordering sweatshirts from here and we have loved the experience and sweatshirts both times!!! There was an error on the backend of the website when I placed my order and Pooja, who helped me from beginning to end was so wonderful. Very helpful, took care of the issue in the quickest way she could, and because the issue was on their end she expedited the shipping at no extra cost. Super grateful for this great team!

I've always loved custom ink, not only did my order come in record time. It was absolutely amazing. I was blown away by how great the sweatshirts I ordered came out. We have ordered a few different products and designs. But I have to say this has been my favorite so far!
