I love how I can see old orders and see progress. This year no one contacted me on proofs, but it was all very good. We would love to see more choices in shirt types, but the ones you use are very high quality.

I appreciate having a brick and mortar store nearby where I can touch the various material choices. This also allowed me to have a two way conversation with a Customink associate where I can get answers in real time without having to type in a chat or find a phone number through a website (impossible with 98% of web based businesses). When my order arrived, I was able to go to the store, hold up one of my shirts and ask a question. Very, very helpful.
