I am so grateful to have stumbled on Customink. At every stage of the project, customer service was there and patient, clear and supportive. I love that they answer the phone at odd hours (when I'm likely to be needing answers) and tolerate my many changes. Further, I appreciate that with each stage of the project, I was clear that the internal notes taken by the previous customer service person meant that I naver had to backtrack or go through tredious explanations. We were alsays on teh same page. Lastly, the web site is increadibly user-frienfly. The best bit is that the actual clothing item is modled by real people in each size, which makes ordering the right size so much easier.

I would never go anywhere else for custom shirts! We had very specific and numerous requirements for our design and customer service and the art department met every single one of them quickly and without fail. Everything was great. the only problem I came across was that several people were producing my order and it got very confusing. I was dealing with a wonderful employee stephanie who did my original art work and before you know it I had several people sending me art work and asking me for approval when I had already placed my order.. However I do LOVE the shirts and overall I am very satisfied.
