CustomInk has always gone above and beyond expectation in terms of customer service. This order was a little more complicated than previous orders, and though in the end we decided not to go with the original suggestion made by CustomInk staff (a single two-color design on both yellow and black shirts, as opposed to using different designs for each t-shirt color) I was still very happy with how patient the staff was as we figured out what would suit our needs best. As usual the CustomInk staff made me feel like I was the only customer they had, and that they cared as much about the quality of the final design as I did. Everyone on our dance team is very impressed, and I've encouraged them all to use you guys for other projects in the future.

As any online clothing order, not having the types of shirts at hand to choose from (and be able to touch and see the thickness/quality of the fabric, the type of neck- to high or low) is always a gamble. That being said: SUPER easy to use the design feature... I would even say fun.. Reps are friendly and efficient (I think her name is Misti, helped us place the order and make sure all details were addressed). Pricing was fair and the discount for quantities great. Got the shirts very quickly and the quality of the print is fantastic.. *Suggestion: maybe include a list with the invoice of the names/emails and quantities of the ordered items?- It can be printed or viewed online, which is fine...

I had a great experience with CustomInk. Once I used their website for my initial design, I did end up calling because I had some questions, especially regarding price. My rep was outstanding. He really let me know my options and I was able to add to my order. my pricing was then based on my entire order and it was much better than what the website had quoted me (by nearly half). My rep made sure I had his name and his phone number in case I had any changes. I was very impressed with the service and the overall communication and my order arrived a week ahead of schedule. this is a great company to work with and I will use them again.

The shirts came out great! I am so pleased with the final product and was delighted to hand them out to everyone who had ordered them. I didn't notice any shrinkage after washing and drying, which is a plus. We are already discussing when our next opportunity to order more shirts will be.
