I am a repeat customer and having Kathy watch over me is the best ever. I know I will be taken care of at all times and never have to worry whether my shipment will be late (as it has always been early) - and I know she will respond to me as soon as possible each time. With the cost of tshirts more then I can get here in Canada - the extra few dollars is well spent for the service I am getting and the peace of mind!
