It was an interesting situation overall. We gave a parent a few Custom Ink Coupons to use and asked him to order the 3 different shirts for our School. The coupons were 10% off and would help offset the rush cost that we were going to pay due to wanting to get the shirts in time for Back to School night. In the process we learned a lot and had a very frustrating time. The 2 things that stood out were this; A - We found out that each design had to be a different order... so we had 3 t-shirts to order but that meant we had to do 3 orders with 3 different coupons... so then that became a problem. B - Because school started on 8/29 that is when we got our coupon. When we tried to order on 9/11 we found out that the coupon expired on 8/31. That was disappointing but we thought that you would still honor it as you would understand the situation. We were wrong. When talking to customer service they basically suggested we buy cheaper quality or cheaper designs if the cost was to high. There was no real understanding that we got the coupon apparently 48hrs before it expired. So rather than ordering 3 large orders we ended up ordering 1 small order so that we weren't empty handed at the event. The parent that dealt with customer service no longer wants to work with Custom Ink and is now looking at local printers to finish our other designs. As for the garments themselves. The Youth Small is goofy. It's more like a box with sleeves.... but the rest of the garments seemed to be fine.
