I placed my group t-shirt order as gifts for family and friends and overall experience has really been great. My "T-shirt Ambassador" Tiffany Biascochea-Smith, was by far the friendliest and most helpful sales rep I have ever worked with. She was prompt and thorough throughout the entire process, which took a few months (on my part). I'm a graduate student with a busy schedule, so I wasn't able to respond to her very quickly or consistently, but when I did she was ready to help with sample designs, colors, pricing, sizing and suggestions of how to turn my original idea into a great finished product. If anyone who matters is reading this, Tiffany deserves a raise or promotion because she was phenomenal! Great work should be acknowledged. She was so helpful and really a pleasure to work with. My very first correspondence with her was such a great experience that I didn't even bother checking back with competitors (who either didn't have a live sales rep or only communicated via e-mail).
