Great experience overall. Very professional service with great outcomes. My design came out exactly as I made it with very little problems that they were able to solve. Shipping was also 2 days early, which was a nice plus. I will definitely use customink to make another set of jerseys when I create another team.

The shirts were put to the test in a Tough Mudder event, and they held up incredibly well! Wicking worked perfectly, they stood up to tough obstacles and MUD galore, and looked great after a wash. Good as new. I was very satisfied with the athletic technical properties and also the look of both. I also loved the opportunity to personalize the shirts -this really meant a lot to our team.

The shirts looked great. The screen printing was excellent. Packaging was great along with quick shipment. The only complaint I had was one of the fifteen shirts I ordered has a brown stain the size of a dime on the back but most of the stain washed out. Would order again because I know the screen printing quality will be there.

At one time I was very frustrated with the miscommunication that I was experiencing with customer service until one day Rachel Dodd answered the phone. From that time until I receved my first order Rachel did on outstanding job of making things happen. She definitely deserves an 'Way to go Rachel.' A pay raise would be nice with her next evaluation.
