I enjoyed working with Customink again. I was disappointed with my reorder of the BritIce Shirts. I was told they would honor the original price of the shirts in my first order, but since I had over six shirts to order, they didn't. I ended up paying more than double for my second order. In the future I won't place a second order.

Overall, my experience was FANTASTIC! We had these shirts made for a tribute event. I sent in a photo of my brother's tattoo, and the team was able to get it pretty spot on. We went back and forth a couple times and I asked for tiny details to be added. The team was so nice and did everything I asked. Communication via email and telephone was ALWAYS professional and responses were always timely and detailed. Everyone was always VERY nice. My order shipped and arrived exactly when they said it would. The shirts are such a big hit, we will be doing a re-order! Thanks CustomInk!

I like the shirts and the design but all the shirts seem extremely small. I know it's a girls shirt but they seem smaller than the girls shirt my daughter wears. Maybe it's best to get boys or teen sizes for kids. Being that this is all online I think a location where the kids can try different sizes to know what's best to order.
