We have had pleasant experiences with the associates as well as the quality of work from customink. Our only concern is the lack of variety within the categories ( i.e the selection of ladies sweat pants only five and only one with pockets). The quality of the material for the price charged once again did not meet my expectations. I ordered shirts in 2009 and 2010 and the were awesome! High quality and long lasting. I was thrilled. My last order of Navy and white shirts were on a VERY poor quality shirt and I was extremely dispensation. I decided to give you one more chance and when the hoodies arrived I was once again unsatisfied.
