Custom Ink gets 5 starts for customer service. I had a few questions on Sunday before I place my order. Someone from Custom Ink was available online to answer them. I chose the $$$ expedited shipping. I had a moment of panic when the carrier for delivery was the USPS. (They are hardly reliable in our area). I contacted Custom Ink and they assured me the item would arrive. Less than 48 hours after I placed my custom order, the beautifully created custom tote bag was delivered! (2 days early) WAY to Go Custom Ink. My baby Grandson was able to take it to the Philippines to give to his other Grandma when he met her. Thank you Custom Ink for being a part of this gift from one Grandma to the other Grandma on the other side of the world!!
