This was my first time using this website, and I could not have chosen a better company! I wanted to order two types of shirts (feminine and masculine) for our college bar crawl and the customer service was awesome! So friendly and flexible! They accommodated to the date of our event and promised to have the shirts in two days before. They arrived a WHOLE week ahead of schedule! The packaging was impressive, as they wrap your order up in plastic just incase the weather gets wet. Thanks again for the awesome product and customer service! I will recommend this company to anyone!

Getting the print design approved was a bit of an ordeal, since it was n imitation of art found online, and I don't really think it was necessary to be that strict about it. It was not a copywritten design and we had actually drawn our own replica of it, which was still not acceptable. That process was pretty frustrating and I didn't like the art you had available to select from on your site. I really didn't like the image your team offered as an alternative to the one I wanted, but you guys were so willing to try again and again until you got one I liked, and made every effort to get the design perfect on a VERY short period of time so I could get it in time for my event. The customer service was really fantastic.

I loved our experience with Custom Ink! Being able to create our image on the site was the first perk. Then, upon speaking with customer service, I was about to receive a sample shirt. This led me to realize I did want a women's fit shirt for the team, but a unisex fit would be much better. I just loved the site, customer service, and final product!
