I received very personal and patient service from Ariana, who helped me design our T Shirts. In addition, I was quite impressed when I got a call before the shirts were printed alerting me to the fact that the size of the imprint would not look right on the smaller sizes, so I was able to make that adjustment prior to printing rather than experiencing the problem of dealing with it after they were printed. I thought this was incredibly good service and avoided an inevitable problem later.

I wish I would’ve listened to my gut and ordered local. I spent WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for this quality of print job. I will never order from Custom Ink again after seeing the outcome of this order.

Spent 4 hours on the phone just to have them call me back saying the order was not placed correctly by the representative . Spent more hours on the phone trying to get them to get it right. I finalize the proof of my order then I get a email days later saying the don’t I chose is not doable . So I spent more time placing the order. Overall horrible experience. Waste of my time. Won’t be doing business with them again
