I like the ease of the website and the online creator. I also felt that the level of communication was good in regard to order progress. Unfortunately, I had one order botched previously which customer service fixed and was able to expedite it top arrive in time. That gave me enough confidence to proceed with this order. Now this order is botched and is not a "repeat" with a different color orange used. I think I am done with Custom Ink.

I've ordered the hoodie and shirts in the past so I knew what I was getting. My only issue is the color of the yellow used in the logo I uploaded isn't the yellow that seems to be on the hoodie. Perhaps it's because of the color of the hoodie itself, but it seems quite off.
