So far, the design was easy and customer service was originally very good. After receiving the product, the back design was placed way lower than I had designed. It sits almost close to the lower back instead of in center top of back. Contacted customer service and have not heard from them as of now (which was 3 days ago)

Issue with the approval acknowledgement online. I asked if we could take off the "Rights to Reserve" R and was told they had put that in the notes but it was still on our polo.
