I ordered 6 shirts. One came with a stain on it. :(

Always love using Custom Ink. I had an issue with this order because I forgot that I had received a coupon in the mail the day before I ordered. I was able to email and get the discount added to my order very easily. The customer service was so nice and helpful.

Custom Ink was easy to create a custom product and the timing for getting it to us without too much ado was perfect! We chose this company and product because there were no hidden fees after creating the design. There were helpful hints to ensure the design was exactly what we were trying to create. I would use them again!

Great service from the start, had to make a call about something, they answered were courteous , and the end result of my custom "designed by me" actually using their AI generated link pulled up exactly what i asked for. then to the printing , it was 100% what i asked for. They did a fantastic job.

Custom ink consistently gets it right and delivers a quality product even at the last minute . Great team and service.

It definitely seems like custom ink was not ready for the sublimation jerseys to go "live." Multiple people on the custom ink end said they couldn't even see the product I was trying to order! Also, the re-order process is definitely lacking where once again custom ink reps don't have a clue about how the actual process works. It was a very frustrating experience for no reason. The jerseys I received look good, however maybe some of the kinks should have been worked out before offering this product.
