The design tool offered a lot of options, and the ordering process was super easy. I appreciated receiving an email to approve the design before it was printed. Embroidery looks great. My hats turned out perfect.

My overall experience will greatly depend on if we can fix the hoodie order with a correct color. I know that other teams in my organization have had great experiences, and I will still continue with my t-shirt order because Nisheka is making sure that I have what I want. I would not have known the color was off though if I had not already received my hoodie order.

This was my first experience with Custom Ink, I designed my own piece, and though I don't consider myself as having an eye for art or design, Custom Ink's website made it easy. The finished result exceeded my expectations, and the recipient of the gift was delighted. I expect to be a repeat customer for all my custom needs, and highly recommend Custom Ink.
