The entire process to upload my own artwork & create apparel to wear & sell at our tattoo shop is super easy, & customer support when needed is always top notch. My one & only complaint would be that the digital printing does not hold up to routine laundering for very long before it starts to break down

Trying to communicate with custom ink was a nightmare. We have worked with them for over 3 yrs and never have we experienced this back and forth of confusing and unhelpful communication. The rep kept changing, people kept getting left off of communications which delayed our ordering process, and all the answer we got were AI / Robotic. We paid extra for super rush shipping and we got it at the same time as if we paid regular rush shipping and felt scammed. We needed these shirts for a super important event for the staff that helped tied together everything but arrived too late for the event wasting our time and effort.

I had a great experience from the moment the design was conceived all the way through the revision, shipping, and receiving the product!

It's hard to figure out how the tshirt will look and feel. Only way to know is to order it, but the customized merchandize is not refundable, so if you don't like the way it came out, not much you can do.
