Custom Ink was very pleasant to work with. I had to get my logo approved through my University but their legal team was very efficient in handling all of that and my order still arrived well ahead of our deadline despite the slight delay. Customer support was helpful in answering all of my questions. Shipping was extremely fast.

Custom ink is GREAT when it comes to the end result of a design onto apparel. I've been happy with every shirt I've ordered. Someone should find a way to take somewhat complex embroidery design printing to a " I can do anything " type level. Other than raising the skills on that, everything is great. I'm sure you'll love the end result.

One end of your organization doesn't know what the other end is doing. I messed up copying my old design on your web site , and it took me a lot of chats and emails to finally get my order, processed and I received the order but haven't opened the box yet.
