I placed an order online and had spoken to a rep about the artwork. I decided to order only 2 of the three items they helped with so I just paid for them outright on the site. My two items somehow got connected to the reps order of 3. I approved artwork and contacted customer service to cancel the reps order. They confimed cancelation. This week I received a call from customer service. I explained I ordered and paid on Jan 20 and I needed the items asap. My items had not been printed or shipped so I believe they expedited. Rep stated that they only canceled 1 of the 3 orders and had not printed or shipped bc they were all connected even though they were separate transactions.
