The website was easy to navigate & to upload art & place an order. Pricing is kind of high, but we needed shirts in a pinch. Calling into customer service to correct an error I made on our order was made with ease & my issue was immediately taken care of.

very poor. the embroidery was not the same size letters. the 'E' is NEW was much smaller than the N and W. I am really upset. I would like to be refunded for this order. I paid to have professional branding for my business but cant use since it's not the quality I was expecting. and the embroidery is starting to come apart - and I havent even washed the hats. again, I am really not happy and would like a refund.
