Your customer service is outstanding. Everyone was so helpful with my questions, making sure the artwork was approved by the artist for non-commercial use and rushing the order to arrive in time for my son's graduation. Thank you!

Easy to use website, great customer service. A team member called me right away to discuss my image and worked hard to get the shirt right and here in time for graduation. We also used the site for water bottles and they looked great too.

It was just like I wanted!! The picture was perfect and wasn’t spotty. The material is nice and comfortable. It was an overall great choice to use as a graduation present!!

When I created the design and followed the steps, upon checkout, it looked like the stated delivery would be late for the graduation party. I called Customer Service and spoke with a wonderful rep. I explained my situation and my deadline. Upon speaking with her counterparts, she was able to promise me a delivery at 8:30am the day of the event. They arrived the night before promised. I was very happy about that. She was such a pleasure to speak with and I so appreciate her help!!

Honestly the only bad part was that i paid extra for shipping to get there within a week on May 24th to bring them to our 7pm graduation and they didn’t even arrive until 8:30pm...i stated this on the phone so i wish i would have known that they were going to be on the last shipment out that day because i wouldn’t have paid rush. End of business day to me is 5pm, saving any little bit would have helped with the massive school debt I’m in! Just wish i knew they could arrive that late because that’s like getting them Friday basically.

This was an overall great experience. We ordered shirts as a celebration/favor for a graduation. The quality is great and they came fast. The custom ink team was helpful too. There was an edit that was needed and they were very professional and prompt in resolving it.

I ordered t-shirts for my daughter's high school graduation. The design, t-shirt color and font we chose was easy to see during the ordering process along. The t-shirts came out as expected and arrived before the expected delivery date. We will definitely use again for our next event!

Becky is terrific. Our initial order was using photos she suggested clipart instead it made all the difference in the world. The shirts were a gift to a group of friends graduating college - they were amazed at how wonderful they came out and love them so much they are wearing them graduation day. We will never use another company for our business promo items, tshirts, etc... Custom Ink is the only one we will choise!!!

I'm IMPRESSED! After dealing (2 weeks prior) with another company for shirts for my staff, I decided to try Custom Ink for my preschool graduation shirts. I ordered 5 extra shirts from Custom and there was only a $5 difference. Custom was quicker and more professional that the previous place on the turnaround for the approval of my design. Even though I ordered the custom ink shirts 2 weeks after the other place, I have already received my shirts from custom (within 10 days!), but I'm still waiting on my shirts from the other place. And, my event for my staff is tomorrow, so I'm really nervous that I may not receive those shirts in time. Custom Ink is Better prices, Better Customer Service and Better Quality!!! There is no other place to go for me for now on! Thank you!
