Great Experience. Rep even helped alter misspelled word prior to final proof quickly. Received order on time. We use CustomInk for our Crew orders (rowing team). We would LOVE to see you start adding pennys (mesh, for rowing) to the available inventory. They would sell to Lacrosse Teams, Field Hockey Teams, Soccer Teams and especially CREW! I ordered 13 shirts for my hockey team and it couldn't have turned out any better! Custom ink treats their customers like royalty and I know that if my team needs some sweet T-shirts I'll know where to go!

I am so thrilled with the t-shirts I was able to custom design! The shirt itself is a great quality and the two tone artwork looks just as great on the shirt as it did when I created on your website!! I did have a few questions once my group had begun the order process and the staff at Customink had all the answers! My order was guaranteed in 2 weeks but arrived in 6 days! I highly recommend Customink!! Thank you for such a great product to help my son's hockey team celebrate their state title!!

I was looking online for a simple company that didn't seem to commercialized, for ideal service And I sure found it. I was calling to order for my hockey team to get our captains special printing on the sleeve. I had no trouble explaining exactly what I wanted to them and they understood compleatly. As I said before I was ordering for my hockey team, and my coach had to pay for them. So I asked a costumer service rep if I could have the shirts sent to me but have my coach pay for them. They were so helpful it was amazing. I will most definitely be referring people to this company, and ordering from them again.

I am extremely satisfied with my recent purchase of custom shirts for my son's hockey team. The shirts are exactly what I designed and they look great. All of our players and their parents were amazed with the shirts. They sure made a wonderful end of the season gift as I personalized them with each players name and number and our team name and year. I hope this is a gift they will never forget. They were delivered before the scheduled date which worked out perfectly. The price was a bit more then I was expecting to pay, but that is the only negative comment I can make. Thank you for helping me create memories.

My experience was fantastic! I got an e-mail explaining that there would be an extra charge for names on our shirts, but assured that it would not delay the product. I also received a email from someone at customer relations wishing my hockey team good luck. On the night i brought in the shirts we won our game! Thanks CustomInk!

My experience with Custom Ink coud not have been any better. We bought t-shirts for a youth hockey team and the kids are now the envy of the league. If I could have rated your customer service any higher, I would have. Truly helpful, knowledgeable and down right pleasant. Super friendly service! I don't need to "shop around" for T-shirts, your website has plenty of styles and selections. I really enjoy customizing the shirts, in my own time, and get feedback from my family, who is usually looking over my shoulder. I wish there was a way to delete the t-shirt designs of the past. These can sometimes get confused with the finished design, not a big deal. Can you answer me this question: Is there a way to download a file for the front design on my last T-Shirt (whitdorf@gmail.com/Hoffman5)? I'm practically a full time volunteer for my son's hockey team. These shirts were handed out at a hockey tournament we hosted last week, a huge hit, thanks to you. We have a webpage for the tournament and I would love to duplicate the logo for this. I could try and recreate it somehow with my own means but it would be easier to have a file that already exists.

Shirts were easy to create and customize. Stock options were good, but I wish there were more for my sport (hockey) that were not silhouette style.

It is a very strange feeling to have a company actually make a phone call to their customer in order to ask an important question! That is exactly what CustomInk did when they had a question with my design. It is nice to see that my vision and my design matters to them instead of just me. I got jerseys (Badger B-Dry) for my floor hockey team and I was very impressed with the quality of the material and the printing in general. The only small thing I could really have a complaint about is that the numbers on the backs of jerseys wern't printed as smoothly as I know they could. I'm just being picky here, not a big deal, but something that could have been a little better. If you are looking for amazing design possibilities and near perfect shirts at a very reasonable price, Customink has got you covered.

My sons hockey team has ordered tee shirts form Customink for the past three seasons. We are very happy with the shirts. I found the customer service reps to be very friendly and helpful.

Now....as you can see I have been ordering several hundred dollars worth of goodies from you in the last month or so, and as I explained above I'm learning what is needed for the best quality product. So I will definetly be ordering more items in the future, my biggest and major determining factor in ordering from you as opposed to a couple of other sites, is the min quanity req'd for ALOT of the apparel I like. I understand set-up time, etc....but I was knee deep in a new Houston Texan, hockey jersey design that I've actually spent hours drawing up so you would have the optimum quality pic file to print from. And as I was going to download my design for that particular jersey, I saw the min. quantity thing, bummer ! I have got some hoodies from you and I like more room in the neck area, and I don't want a full zipper on the front.... hence the "shoe string neck" hockey jersey, my fav hands down, but I don't want 6 of the same design for myself. I have ordered qty's of the same design for my daughter and I was able to mix 5 long sleeve T's and one hoodie, this gave her a hoodie, a t and her friends a one of a kind school team shirt....kewl, thats what I wanted, and didn't mind paying 175 bucks for them. but what about me !!? I want some one of kind unique, self designed items...without having to drop bug bucks on qty's. I sent ya'll an email about what I was going to order from you this last weekend, but haven't heard anything back.....so I'll ask again, in order to get this do I have to order 6 of those jerseys or can I get one jersey and 5 cheapo t-s ? Is 6 the magic number no matter the style of shirt ? The answer I get will be the only determining factor in Custon ink getting all of my business or just the stuff that's in my budget for a partuclar design. I'm am ALL about uniqueness (is that a word !? doah !!) one of a kind, individuallity, yadda, yadda.....and if I have a kewl design, and someone likes it, that's my goal. And if I know the person, I can tell them I can get you one....I'm not doing this to make money, but if they liked the design/shirt and want "one", I'm still back to qty's...anyway let me know if I want to get a "min qty" item, can I get one "top shelf " hoodie and 5 "happy hour" t's to meet the quota ? damn I didn't want to type a novel...sorry !! Please let me know how to work the system. thanks

My hockey team's shirts are AWESOME!!! I uploaded my own crappy image that I drew on a napkin that I scanned into my computer and the artist touched it up perfectly!!

I strongly recommend CustomInk for your screen printing solutions. Our hockey team celebrates each season through clothing items and the design assistance and service this year was amazing. I really appreciated the feedback and comments from the design staff and the touch ups to perfect the presentation. The girls loved the clothing and we'll be ordering from CustomInk again!
