The experience was very pleasant in the beginning. The website, the support from the online team. Having the order twice delayed was frustrating. The first time it was delayed, the representative stated that I would receive a $25 credit for future orders. I received an email stating that the order had shipped via UPS and was given a tracking number. When I tried to track it, the number was not recognized by UPS and the order did not arrive on the date promised. The rep told me that he would look into it and call me on Monday, which never happened. So I called again to find out about the order and was told that it would be shipping and it would be arriving on the 24th - which it did in the end. I was happy the order arrived, because I was very frustrated and ready to decline the order. I am honest in saying that I am not certain that I would order Koozies again - especially when I learned that you subcontract them out.

The koozies we ordered to celebrate a new family member arrived quickly and are very high quality. We are always satisfied with our Custom Ink purchases!

Excellent job. Turnaround on can holders (koozies) was much shorter than expected. Price was below the average for this type of can/bottle holder. I was impressed and have since ordered an additional product and will be making another order soon. Customer service was awesome!

Easy to do online. Great selection of designs to choose from and lots of color choices. Nice to start with 100 koozies where most other companies wanted 250.

The first time I met Michael I knew I wanted to work with him. He is very friendly and approachable. He was very fast in creating the design and showing us the different options in short quality and colors. We started off with a red shirt and ended up with two different color blue shirts and got koozies. He worked with me all the changes and responses right away. It was 2 weeks of going back and forth and finally settled on a shirt color and design. I definitely want to work with Michael on the next reunion shirt.

the end product was AMAZING!! I will definitely use Custom Ink in the future, and recommending to others! The customer service was also excellent - my original image did not fit and someone reached out to try to rework the image to fit and it came out incredible! Better than expected! Sometimes hard to determine the end product with just a computer generated image, but the koozies came out so great!

The design process was extremely easy and the product (koozies) turned out exactly as expected. Appreciated the opportunity to proof the final design before printing and they arrived about a week earlier than the estimated date.
