The customer service was awful. It took days between design changes. You promote "Chat with a real person" but it's clearly AI. For some reason your designers were unable to get the logo and the tagline under the logo. I was baffled at how many times the design was sent to me for approval that wasn't what I had discussed or summited. If I had more time I would have canceled the order. The local shop to me has the ability to do better embroidery. I will never recommend your service. The shirts are nice but the embroidery on them isn't good at all. Some of the shirts shouldn't have passed a quality inspection. All around a horrible but expensive experience. I assume this business will not last long.
