My experience in ordering was confusing. I had trouble going back to make changes. The second person I spoke with was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I think his name was Antonio. I just wished that I had made sure that my 2 inch lettering hadn't been changed in the ordering process. If the font that I chose was too large, I would have gladly changed it.
