This was my first experience ordering from Custom Ink, and I am so glad I did! I appreciate being able to do my own design work, upload the design, and have it placed on any product I want. Their built-in checks alert you to check in with a real person if the system detects a possible issue with printing your design on the product color you chose, if you're like me and prefer to work on your own. Conversely, they will also help you design and choose colors and products based on your preferences. The chat feature is great, as it allowed me to connect with an agent quickly and conveniently to confirm that the colors in my design and the shirt colors were not actually in conflict, and clear the warning. Easiest custom t-shirt order I've ever placed!
