The products I ordered arrived in a timely manner. The shirts fit me just perfectly and the logo that I provided to Custom Bank was applied perfectly. Very happy with the product and I will use you again sometime in the future.

I am pleased with the overall turn put of the shirts, however, the uploaded image fell short of my expectations. It was not centered properly in my opinion.

I paid for a quicker delivery. When I contacted customer service, I got nothing but copy/paste responses. The item wasn't dispatched until the day before it was set to be delivered. Inevitably, it didn't arrive on the date (5/23) indicated when I ordered. This is the primary reason why I won't be a returning customer. Additionally, the image was not sharpened or revised in any way rhat would improve image quality.

I would rate my experience with Custom Ink as awesome. I used the AI option to help design my logo and after a few tries I found what I was looking for. The fact that an organic cotton t-shirt was available to put my design on was a major selling point for me. I would give yourself some time for the order to arrive since it is custom made, but I am very happy with the result. It is clear, crisp, and just what I wanted for my friend's gift.
