I paid extra for rush shipping and then it was delayed until really late in the evening on the day that I needed the product, so it created some headaches for my team and some stress.

I'm a volunteer at a local community theater and we have been using Custom Ink for years now. Not only is the process to create and order shirts as a group super simple and easy to use, but their customer service has also always been top tier. Any time I've had an issue (even a self-created one) the staff has been helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to take care of things.
