Overall my experience was good, and my travel group is happy with the custom T-shirts I had made. Getting men's and women's shirts to match exactly (color wise) was not easy and I did have some hiccups with the website whenever I made a change (had to start over a few times). But at the end of the day, I am glad I did this and have something fun for us to wear on our vacation!

I placed a design in the bottom right corner of the bag intentionally and a service representative (Shan) reached out to me to see that was correct. They wanted to make sure it was intentional before printing the design. They would’ve moved it if it wasn’t right. So I appreciate the quality check and customer service experience.
