I contacted customer service because I was concerned about the image that I selected, but the assured me it would work out. There was a lot of detail to the image I selected, and it definitely turned out exactly how I wanted it. The turnaround time for getting the shirts was excellent and I actually got the shirts sooner than I expected. What I am most impressed with is the customer service. They worked with me to fix up the artwork I sent to make it as nice as possible. I have yet to wash the hoodie as it is a gift and cannot comment on the longevity but this company went above and beyond to help me create this custom gift.

Custom Ink was easy to navigate and products came quickly. Sizing was not as expected, all shirts were smaller and shorter than typical. The six shirt minimum purchase was unfortunate as some will be unable to wear their shirts due to them being too small.

Everything was good, but I wish I had understood that the colors on the back were not exactly the same as the front. This was my fault, but I wish the customer service rep had noticed that as well as a slightly off center graphic on the front.
