Design, ordering, and shipment all occured easily and quickly. But my supplied image was small and low DPI. I had expected poor rendering but the logo itself came out great. Only thing not perfect is the tiny (R) that lost some detail due it's size and low Dpi. I do not fault CustomInk for that at all. I am pleased.
