My experience with custom ink is usually quite good. The customer service is always exceptional. This is the only time I've had an issue with the actual product that I have received.

The designed peeled off and or was smudged, as if the ink was not dry when packaged on several of the shirts. We are a small club and could not afford to have several shirts be misprinted or afford to reprint them as they were. I am upset about it and will most like search for a more affordable and effective options.
