I was given friendly and professional personal service, especially about providing a clear and large enough image for Custom Ink to be able to provide good resolution to be printed on my item. Also, making changes of the size and positioning of the image during the ordering process was welcomed.

Iʻm confused by the offering on the website to expedite orders, only to be told by a representative that we donʻt expedite orders to Hawaii. I also wish the design elements of the t-shirt with logos, text, had greater abilty to change colors in specific areas.

I spent multiple weeks getting the runaround trying to get 2 shirts printed with the same design I have had printed multiple times in the past. I was denied multiple times and then passed around to multiple printers before finally receiving my product. Not sure what happened to this company as past results have been much better than this current experience.
