I had an incredible experience with Custom Ink! Even though this was my first time ordering from Custom Ink, I found the entire design and communication process to be really supportive. My club initially wanted to get merch for my university's clubfest, so we added the rushed delivery option to our order. Unfortunately, because the items did not arrive by the date of clubfest, Custom Ink went ahead and refunded my order! I was incredibly shocked with the amazing amount of customer service I received, and I will be purchasing from Custom Ink in the future!
