The customer service agent was very helpful. But the order confirmations on the website did not match the last revisions. So I was concerned that the order was not going to be correct.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Custom Ink and found the website easy to use. My only negative comment would be that on the apron I purchased, I was only able to use 2 colors in my design and it would've been nice to use even one more color. Otherwise I was very happy with my experience.

The customer service was great I had customizations to add to each jacket. The only thing was one of the names on the jacket was placed a little differently than the others which is odd but it works fine.
