The process was pretty easy, they only issue I had is that I could not find the exact font that I was looking for. I am not sure if they had it or not, but searching for the font without knowing the particular name was a little difficult. With that being said, the process was pretty easy.

The customer service I received was excellent. The rep was very responsive and we worked out some concerns via text. The shirts look really nice (although I am questioning the process and size for the imprint) and were delivered very quickly.
