I like ordering from Custom Ink because you are quick and the quality of work is usually excellent. I feel that I can rely on the company. I was a little bummed when I received this particular item because there was a spot in the logo that was missed and there was no screen printing at all leaving a blank space. This error takes away from the look of our logo. I checked the mock-up to see if I missed this when I made the approval, however the mock-up did not show this error so I believe it was a printing error. The rest of the printing looks great.

I found the site, chose a graphic and designed the shirt. Then i called to make sure I was doing everything correctly. My call was answered quickly and I was assured that the design would be looked at and altered (placement) if necessary. The let me know that they corrected a small placement issue and my order would arrive on time. However, my order arrived over a week ahead of the predicted date! I am so impressed with this company!
