I would not recommend using Custom Ink! My design which looked good online, was shrunken down to nearly half of the size, and the designs were washed out and lost in the shirt. I was not affording the opportunity to proof the final designs on half of my order. The Smoke (gray looking shirt, Allpro Interlock UPF Performance Shirt) arrived as a dark green/gray shirt. I wasn't planning on writing the review right away, hoping that their customer service would respond to my concerns about the quality of work, however they have yet to respond. I have not even told my mess that the shirts have arrived as I am embarrassed to present these shirts.

Very pleased with the process, the speed, and the quality. I used Custom Ink because my local shop couldn't procure the type of shirt I wanted in the timeframe I desired. I would order from here again, although a local shop will have slightly better pricing.
