Over all, we like custom ink. We are return customers. The only thing we don't like is how much the price varies depending on the design you choose. We priced many different design options and eventually settled on a design that I really don't love because the price difference was substantial. For example: we took off a small decal on one side of a short sleeve shirt. Then we moved the back design to the front. This saved us over $1000. So, basically if you want double sided or a sleeve decal, it is going to cost you. BIG TIME. We will likely use them again. My only complaint is the way they do the design pricing.

I only have one complaint and that was I wanted to make the logo larger and the website did not allow it. With that said the shirt is nice, the shipping was lightning fast. The logo I had done was nice as well, just wish it was larger.
