I have had a very conflicting experience with Custom Ink. On one hand, they were able to turn around a custom product with both embroidery and print in a short amount of time. My experience with their support team before the order arrived was phenomenal! They respected my budget, what was important to us, and any changes I needed. They were also very understanding and respectful about the embroidery needing to be just right, as it was the handwriting of a loved one. The order arrived on the day of my event (rather than by the day before, as requested), but I was able to make it work, and that wouldn't have been a big deal. Unfortunately, the product I received came with a huge disappointment. The good: The color and quality of the hoodies was great! Everything was accounted for and packaged fine. The Embroidery was good, not great, but absolutely passable for his handwriting and was well received by all in the group. The bad: I had a piece of artwork commissioned by an artist for this project, with very specific colors selected. The hoodies I received had terrible coloring. Two colors were completely missing, three others were altered and nowhere near what I had sent over. "Didn't you approve a proof?"- In order for me to have both embroidery and printing on the hoodie, I had to place the full order before being able to see a proof, as I was told their design team wouldn't look at it until the payment was complete. When it came time to see the proof, it had the exact image I had provided, no color changes, no mention of color changes. I worked with one of the folks in service on a couple of things, and he was great! Again, no mention of color changes. These hoodies were ordered for an event in which we had friends and colleagues fly from all over the country to attend, and I was not able to provide them with a piece that accurately respected and honored our friend who had passed.

My family and I are very unhappy, disappointed and unsatisfied with the overall purchase of 56 reunion t-shirts and Me this years host and person making and approving the purchase feel real embarrassed because I went outside our normal purchased company an entrust Custom Ink based on the price and great commercials. But the joke is on me we got what we paid for….very cheap quality work.
