Alexandra Begay worked with me from the day we walked into your Denver office. She has been prompt with email responses, mailing the sample I requested, managing price quotes and adjustments if needed. I got a request to approve artwork and adjustments when embroidery was added . Once artwork and payment were submitted the order was processed quickly and arrived in a very timely manner.

Custom Ink was really helpful with my order! They were very accommodating to my request and eager to help.

Nothing matters if the printed portion looks as bad as it does. Terrible experience.

My experience with Custom Ink was smooth from start to finish. The design tools were easy to use, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive. I don't think I'd spend my money here again as my last purchase before this one came out nice, but the print is cracking already.

My only misfortune was that I submitted the design with an expectation--based on what I read in the online process--that someone would be contacting me to confirm that the design could be printed. In the meantime, I contacted the vendor mentioned in the design to make sure they would be okay with it. They got back to me in just a few hours and asked me to not use that design, so I quickly modified the artwork and uploaded it, then tried to replace my original upload, only to learn it had already gone to print. So, kudos on how quickly you did your internal process from order to print, but you might want to change some of your language to indicate that if there are no problems that the design will go to print without further communications. Don't get me wrong, this is my mistake, but it was all in good faith. I'm trying to decide if it's worth submitting for a new shirt since I can't wear the one I got in public. I do, very much, like your online tools and ease of ordering. And I've learned my lesson to get that permission FIRST.
