I had a great experience with Custom Ink. I accidentally switched two numbers on our address and they were able to resolve the issue with two separate orders even after one of them had already shipped. It was very quick and easy to get assistance and I was so appreciative! I really liked the website and the ability to see our logo mocked up on different products.

Fantastic service and great design. Shirts arrived earlier than expected and fit well. Design looked good, a bit small on the adults vs. kids but overall all happy with the product.

Great! The back is not centered. I used the guidelines. I realize it's user error, but I wish the system would flag it and make me go back!

Great communication. I was able to approve the design after the Custom Ink designers touched it up. That was extremely helpful. They did a great job, all around!

I've used CustomInk many times over the years. I have had mixed results. I sometimes have ordered larger runs but most of my orders are of the custom variety (less than 6 shirts). These orders do not get the same quality or attention and I for those custom run shirts, I have been consistently disappointed with the results. I am learning that DTG printing does not fit my tastes or preference and will probably need to start looking elsewhere for my custom run shirts.
