The color and quality of the cap was fine and met my expectations. But the design took much more work. As I learned from email communications from the CustomInk staff, the company has retooled its embroidery methods "to be more in line with industry standards." This has the effect of rendering most of the potential designs on the website obsolete because the embroidery process can't replicate fine lines or complex designs, at least when trying to sew the design on something as small in area as a ball cap. I had not experienced this with my previous order. I was able to find a compromise design, and the final product looks good, but it wasn't my first choice. CustomInk should identify those designs in advance in the portion of the website where the designs are stored and warn customers that the design may not be usable for hats and caps. But on the plus side, the staff was very accommodating and patient.

I was very happy with the shirts that I received. The only issue that I had was that a shirt color I ordered was out and that size the color was supposed to be changed to a new color. The order ended up coming with all the shirts in the new color, which was not supposed to be he case. I am ok with the adjusted color (even though we believe the black would have looked better) and don't think the new shirts will make it here by Christmas so I didn't send them back. *This was for the baseball t-shirts I ordered which may be from another survey as I didn't see it on the questions above

I really like not having a minimum number of shirts or caps necessary to order. I can order one item or many. I have never been disappointed in anything I received from CustomInk.

I am an aspiring unpublished writer and several years ago I saw a late night commercial for your company and got an idea to create a shirt of my very own that had to do with "writing" as a way to motivate and inspire myself. When I perused through your website, I found that since I wasn't a team or group ordering a bunch of shirts--I was happy to find that I could buy them individually! I really like what I call the "baseball jersey" style shirts that have the longer colored sleeves and the white fronts.. Although, I do have one wish that you could make more colors available. If you want to just buy shirts individually, you have a choice of black, navy blue, (which looks just like black), royal blue, or red--all with white fronts and backs. But for the other colors that are offered, there is a minimum of like 6 to buy. There are some of those other colors in the jerseys that I like and would love to have--but I only want one shirt. Is there any way you might consider offering the other colors without the minimum amount? Soon, I will be purchasing a few more shirts...I have a friend who lives in Buneos Aires who is making a trip to the U.S. after the 1st of the year and she is a writer also--so I designed shirts for both of us. She loved the design and is really excited about getting it! I know your main target audience is mainly groups, (like charities and fund-raisers) as well as sports teams--like for schools or park districts, but I just wanted to let you know that you also have an audience of us individuals who like to be creative and like to design shirts just for ourselves to motivate and inspire our own individual selves. I am very disappointed in the quality of the water bottles we received. The cost to us for the bottles was over $9.00. The lid to the bottles are very cheap and will not close properly after a couple of uses. Several arrived missing the stopper "nipple in the cap. My students have only had their bottles two days and three have broken at the cap lacking part, about half will no longer closed tightly. When closed the bottle pops open. I would request that replacement caps be sent for all ordered because I am sure that by the end of the week few if any will be working properly. VERY disappointed. These are certainly not a 9 dollar bottle. More like something from the dollar store.

Love the Baseball Raglan shirts! The fabric was silky and hangs really well! The sizes ran a little bigger than normal, but overall we are happy with them!

CustomInk was a really great experience. It was my first time placing a large order of t-shirts, but I was confident in them because I had always seen shirts for baseball teams, events, etc. made by them. The delivery service and communication were beyond phenomenal. I was concerned that I may not receive my package before our baseball game Wednesday due to the hurricane. I was notified via email that packages may be delayed, but before I could even call to ask about any predicted delays, I received another email notification that my package had successfully been delivered. I was very relieved when I read the email because it was delivered a day before the latest possible date despite the hurricane's disturbance.
