My experience was wonderful. T-shirt prices were affordable. Also, CustomLink's website was easy to search and uploading my artwork was straightforward and easy to do. Almost more impressive was the help I could get on the phone. Sales reps were available, helpful and sent their follow up emails exactly when they said they would.

There was a variation of colors amongst the shirts. We had some t-shirts in a darker red, which we preferred, and some in a more orange-red. It's was disappointing to get a variation my of red because we are a school team and wanted a matching look. The shirts were soft and comfortable though and the fit it good. Parents ordered online, something we were excited about. However, the last 30% of our order needed to be paid through a P.O. I made sure that we would be able to do this. 2 days later when I went to send the P.O., we were told that they wouldn't be able to do it and we had to pay by credit card or cancel all the parent order and start over with a P.O. For the whole order. Because of the delay, we didn't have our team shirts for the first 3 weeks of our season. We had to pay and extra $100 to get them before Christmas break, otherwise we would have been without shirts for 2 more weeks of our season. We were very hopeful and excited when we started this process and very disappointed by the time we were done. The company never even offered an apology for giving us conflicting information and causing delays. We could have tried to send the mismatch colored shirts back, but when you are missing half the season without team shirts, we felt we had no option but to just take what was sent.

My design was extremely complicated and had many many small details, and I'm happy to say that the shirts came out amazing! I was worried the screen printing would not be clear, but after speaking with the customer service they assured me they could work on every thing I wanted. There were some parts of the design that got blurry when the image was zoomed in so they contacted me to ensure every detail was right! And, if something needed to be changed it took less than a few hours for a new proof to get to me. Also I can not stress enough that quality was amazing, the people were extremely accommodating (bc I am a perfectionist) and to top it off the price was great! 10 out of 10 for me!
