I love the way this company works! It takes the hassle out of collecting money from a bunch of people, or having to fork over the cash up front and hope everyone pays you back. Super great experience in almost every way. The only thing I had any troubles with initially was adding multiple brands of clothing into the same order on the website. However, after a quick and easy phone call with a representative, I was able to get everything working. The customer service that I received was unparalleled -- just so good, well-trained, and helpful that I wish more businesses took pointers from CustomInk on how to rock at customer service. Everyone who I spoke with through the process was knowledgeable, patient, and caring with my order. It was awesome, and I'd absolutely print with CustomInk again because of the great experience I had.

I was very pleased with the product we received, and was very thankful for the reorder of our shirts, but I wish we could have had one person help us with the entirety of the order rather than whoever was in the office that day. The multiple people working on the order made for several mistakes and a longer ordering process, which made for a somewhat stressful rush at the end to get the order in on time. I understand not everyone can be in the office every single day, but I would be lying if I didn't say I was frustrated getting emails from 3 different people 3 days in a row and having to fill them all in when something went wrong. Maybe it was the complexity of the order that made for a confusing process, but I would have liked to see more diligence and accuracy for those who were trying to help. Overall, I was very pleased with the process and hope to use CustomInk in the future!
