OK, loved the shirts, good customer service throughout the process. But you at CustomInk have an antiquated ordering process in that 2 different designs cannot be combined into one order. Also, why in this day of online ordering must a group leader be responsible for refunding their group members the amount overpaid for shirts before the entire order is in. Why not hold the charges until the entire order is placed? Or how about CustomInk refunding each individual the amount overpaid. The fact that I am given an Excel sheet with the amounts paid by group members to figure out and distribute refunds is completely absurd. Too bad...really love the shirts and the process up until now and wanted to use CustomInk in the future. Now will have to shop around again....
The shirt sizes came out great and the logos look good but for some reason the designs are not proportional to the shirts and look very different on each shirt. On previous orders the size of the shirt did not matter and all of the logos came out in the same proportion.

Opportunity is to set a standard on how many items you will ship to a P.O. Box. I had a couple of different reps talk with me about it because I had 10 T-Shirts. It seems that it wasn't exactly clear, but we did resolve it.
