The overall experience was tremendous! After uploading our image for the first time, I had to contact CustomInk to see if they could help me with the image color. The rep was amazing and helped me right away! After many iterations of our shirt design, we finally landed on one. Since it was a large order, I decided to reach out to CustomInk to see if someone could assist me. Dealing with CustomInk was a breath of fresh air. Phenomenal customer service. Each representative was intent and eager to make sure I got exactly what I wanted as I ordered 96 T-shirts in different styles, five colors and ranging in size from extra small to 3XLT. They also took copious notes to make sure the person I talked to next would know exactly what was going on. The online ordering system was very user friendly and efficient. And when I received my T-shirts they were packed in a way so they were not wrinkled. It's this kind of attention to detail that makes dealing with Custom Ink a delight. I will definitely be using them in the future.
