Customink is a great company and really helped me out with the design and order process. One shirt had a material defect but they were quick to replace it and get it to me fast. I will order from them again.

CustomInk has great customer service. I was able to add a shirt to my order at the last minute just by emailing the supervisor of my order and I was also notified many times on what the status of my order. The only bad thing was the picture of the shirt I was designing was a completely different color blue than the one I received. The online photo was a much lighter blue whereas the actual shirts were a dark blue, causing the black writing I had on the shirt to be a lot less bold than what it appeared to be online. Also, the women's Champion shirts that I received ran really small. It gave a warning that they ran small online but they were a lot smaller than usual shirts that run small. The screen printing had small cracks in it, though they weren't too noticeable and they were only on the women's cut larges. Most of the shirts came out really good though, especially the unisex cut and the material was a very soft performance type and high-quality. Overall, it was a pretty good experience with CustomInk, though if I do it again it won't be my first time and I'll be able to look out for all the minor problems I had this past time.

This was my first "group" order, and CustomInk made it very easy and efficient. Where you excel, though, is in customer service. In both "chat" sessions and at least one phone call (to deal with my own issues - not because CustomInk had done anything wrong), I was impressed every single time with the quality, patience, knowledge, and kindness of CustomInk representatives.
