Whole process was great! I really like the email that comes featuring a name and contact . I folllowed up both via phone and email and loved having a name to ask for. Even if the rep wasn't there when I called, the person answering the phone introduced themselves and offered to help. But there were other times I needed an answer but did not have time to get on the phone and I liked that I could just email quickly and get a quick response without having to talk to anyone. And, whether via phone or email the customer service was great, they knew my order and could answer my questions...well done!
